You do not need the app installed and you do not need to sign in. Enter the email address you sign in with, confirm the code we send to it, and your account and its data are deleted right away.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
For security, the code is sent only to an address that already has a Tailki account, and the message above is the same either way.
Email 17762492509@163.com with the subject Account deletion request – Tailki and tell us which account to close. Because we cannot verify you through the code in that case, we may ask for additional proof before deleting anything — an unverified request could be someone else trying to close your account. We reply within 2 business days and complete verified requests within 7 days.
Once the request is verified, deletion begins immediately and account-linked data is removed from our active production systems within minutes:
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Registering again later with the same email address creates a brand-new, empty account.
A small number of records are retained after deletion because law or security requires it. They are not used to rebuild your profile or to contact you about the product.

Service providers that process data on our behalf are instructed to delete or de-identify account-linked copies where deletion is technically supported. Full details are in the Privacy Policy, Section 10 (Data Retention and Deletion).
You can unpair a collar at any time from the device page, which stops further motion and activity data from being collected and removes the pairing. Tailki does not currently offer item-by-item deletion of chat history, pet photos, AI avatars, or pet profiles — those categories are removed through complete account deletion described above.
